MHLS has a new site for patron-facing documentation/information, https://discover.midhudson.org/. Right now, it showcases “things to love” (the same content as the “talking points” for staff found in the Knowledge Base) and instructions for opting into text message notifications. We will be adding a FAQ page and creating additional pages as requested by member library staff.
